Reception hall with cafeteria and view over the Rhine

The German Sports & Olympia Museum in Cologne goes back on the idea of Willi Daume who, in 1972, shortly after the Olympic Games in Munich, proposed to found a national sports museum. The window front of the reception hall offers panoramic views of the shipping on the Rhine to the visitors to the museum café.
